Main Engine Characteristic
- Screw and Barrel are made of ACM-2 material with heat and nitride treatment, each finishing procedures are carefully controlled; therefore, it is fabricated with special characteristics of high resistance to acid and abrasion
- Gearbox: the material of gear is steel alloy with special heat treatment, then grinding the teeth. It can bear high torque, high capacity and without noise when operating high speed in long time.
- Electric heat uses PID or SCR system, control panel uses the thermometer of microcomputer or controlled by human-machine interface control system.
- Transmission motor: AC or DC frequency motor, cooperate with gearbox and screw that are developed by ourself for saving electric.
- Dies are made of steel alloy, SUJ2 and mirror steel with heat treatment, manufacturing, fixing size and electroplating. The characteristic are anti-acid and anti-abrasion. If needing to change size, only need to change mold back and vacuum forming ring.
